These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the booking and stay arrangements at the Les Dômes de Mormal accommodation, located at L'Orée de Mormal, Bermeries, and operated by the

Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
2. RESERVATION
Booking is done exclusively online via the accommodation's website.
Payment is secure and encrypted via the Stripe platform.
When booking, the customer chooses:
- one night
- a length of stay
Once the booking is confirmed, the chosen offer cannot be changed .
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when making the reservation.
After payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent automatically. The customer is advised to check their spam/junk mail folder. If they do not receive the email, they should contact the hosting provider.
The reservation is considered confirmed upon validation of payment by the bank.
The host cannot be held responsible for a bank refusal, a customer input error or any incident preventing the validation of the reservation.
3. RATES – PAYMENTS – FEES
Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (TTC).
The rates include:
- accommodation
- breakfast
- access to the equipment mentioned on the site
The tourist tax of €0.55 per person per night is included.
Payment is made by:
- bank card
The €100 deposit is not included in the displayed prices and is subject to a separate bank imprint (see article 5).
4. OFFERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
Serenity Bubble Offers (per week) €210
The total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking in order to secure the dates.
This offer includes overnight stays from Sunday to Thursday inclusive.
Escape Bubble Offers (weekends) €230
The total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking in order to secure the dates.
This offer includes Friday and Saturday nights.
5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €100 is required to cover any potential damages or breaches of the rules of the stay.
- Standard reservations
The bank imprint taken during the booking can be used as a guarantee.
-Gift cards
For stays paid for by gift card, a credit card authorization of €100 will be requested the day before the stay via a secure link sent by email or SMS.
This bank imprint:
- does not result in any immediate debit
- expires automatically within a maximum of 2 days after departure
It can be activated in the event of:
- degradation
- failure to comply with the rules of the stay
- justified additional costs
The security deposit does not constitute an advance payment for the stay.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation conditions depend on the booking method (platform or direct booking).
In case of cancellation by the customer:
More than 14 days before arrival: full refund
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the stay is due
Less than 7 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay is due.
In the event of force majeure or impossibility of accommodation beyond our control, a postponement of stay may be offered or a refund.
7. LENGTH OF STAY
The stay is granted for the reserved period.
The client cannot claim any right to remain on the premises beyond the agreed period.
In case of early departure, no refund will be given .
8. ARRIVAL
Arrival is possible from 5pm
No early arrival can be guaranteed.
9. DEPARTURE
Departure must take place no later than 11am .
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition.
In the event of a self-departure, an inventory will be carried out after departure.
In case of any anomaly, fees may be deducted from the security deposit.
These times allow the dome to be prepared in the best conditions for each visitor.
10. USE OF PREMISES
Accommodation is limited to a maximum of 2 people .
Any excess may result in:
- denial of access
- Cancellation of stay without refund.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking .
Animals are not allowed.
The equipment provided (bed linen, towels, bathrobes) is intended for exclusive use during the stay.
Any missing item may be charged for.
11. CLEANLINESS AND NORDIC BATH
A shower is mandatory before using the Nordic bath.
It is forbidden to:
- eat
- drink
- smoking
- urinating in water
- to engage in any sexual behavior
12. FEES IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Failure to comply with the instructions may result in the following charges being applied:
- Failure to comply with the hygiene rules of the Nordic bath: €80
- Smoke odor requiring deodorization: up to €100
- Breakage or damage: billing according to the damage observed
13. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are sold exclusively online.
They are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except as otherwise provided by law.
Validity:
12 months: 1 night Standard
18 months: 1 night of Serenity
18 months: 2 nights Standard
24 months: 2 Serenity Nights
A one-year extension of validity can be granted for €50 , payable by bank transfer.
14. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The establishment's parking lot is under video surveillance for security purposes.
The cameras do not film private spaces or the inside of the dwelling.
Images are kept for a maximum of 30 days , in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
15. RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
He states that he is covered by liability insurance.
The hosting provider declines all responsibility in the event of:
- of flight
- loss of personal belongings
- of an accident occurring during the stay
16. WEATHER CONDITIONS
Weather conditions cannot give rise to any refund or modification of the stay.
17. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.

18. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
19. COMPLAINTS DURING YOUR STAY
Any complaint relating to the stay (cleanliness, equipment, operation of facilities or any other element related to the accommodation) must be reported immediately to the owner in order to allow for a quick intervention and possible resolution of the problem.
No claim will be considered after the customer's departure if the problem was not reported during their stay.
20. NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
The accommodation is located in a rural and natural setting.
The possible presence of insects, wild animals, pollen, vegetation, as well as noises related to agricultural activity, animals, weather conditions or the natural environment are part of the normal framework of the stay and cannot under any circumstances constitute grounds for complaint, cancellation or refund.
21. EXTERNAL VISITORS
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people mentioned during the booking.
No person outside the stay is allowed to access the accommodation or facilities without the prior agreement of the owner.
In case of non-compliance with this rule, the owner reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation or to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
22. ABUSIVE BANK DISPUTES
Any abusive or fraudulent bank dispute aimed at cancelling a payment due for the stay may give rise to recovery proceedings.
The owner reserves the right to claim all sums due, as well as administrative, banking and legal costs incurred for recovery.
23. ONLINE NOTICES AND REFUND BLACKMAIL
Customers are free to post a review about their stay experience on review platforms or search engines.
However, any attempt to obtain a commercial advantage, refund or compensation in exchange for modifying, deleting or not publishing a negative review is strictly prohibited.
Such practices may be considered abusive and, where appropriate, may give rise to any action necessary to defend the interests of the institution.
